House of Tara is a pioneer company in beauty in Nigeria and focuses on education, distribution channel management and retail. Our training school was built in 2004 by Tara Fela-Durotoye, a professional makeup artist who started teaching makeup to only one student. However, more people became interested in the industry, and this led her to establish the academy.

We offer advanced makeup, basic beauty makeup and professional makeup courses. Each is uniquely designed to cater to the different needs of every student. We created these programs for beginners to experienced makeup artists to master.

If you’re 13-17 years old or know someone within the age range and interested in makeup, we have a summer beauty boot camp. It allows teens to learn the standard and current techniques in makeup. We offer this every year during the summer holidays, and it runs for 2 weeks.
