The Light Centre

The Light Centre TT is a training institution and multifarious agency for life coaching, healing, beauty therapy and massage for men and women across Trinidad & Tobago. It was founded by Karen W. Hinds, a professional massage therapist who has been in practice since 2004.

We offer massage training to interested aspirants as we strive to provide people with a holistic health experience for more positive well-being. We also have the highest levels of certifications, making sure you get nothing but the best training. 

We have an online Certificate Course for Holistic Massage that provides a basic understanding of the different body systems, such as muscular, skeletal and respiratory. You can also choose our Level III Diploma of Holistic Massage that offers a deeper understanding of all body systems with pathology and physiology. 

Aside from that, you may also want to try our online Certificate Course for Foot Reflexology that teaches you the techniques on how to use reflex points for healing. Our advanced techniques, that is, seated chair massage and aromatherapy, are also offered to you.
